Many thanks, Lynn, for an excellent year as IW President for the 2nd time!  Thank goodness that life has returned to normality now, after all the lockdowns due to Covid-19!

The Dining Room looked so inviting with beautiful floral arrangements on all the tables in Inner Wheel colours, blue and yellow, very kindly made by Rosemary Wilson and Jenny Brackenbury

Elaine Campin had also made most attractive programmes for everyone.

President Lynn Bowman chose her next door neighbour, Diane Haslam, Sheila Haslam’s daughter, as her speaker.  Diane enthralled us with her talk about her “Life in Song!”, as she is an excellent operatic singer, who started singing abroad in Copenhagan.  She then emigrated to America with her husband, before returning to Mansfield during the lockdown to see her mother, Sheila Haslam, who was very involved with Cantamus and musical productions.
