MANSFIELD INNER WHEEL CLUB’S AGM AND CHANGEOVER MEETING

ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 22ND 2022

AT THE HOME OF ROSEMARY & DAVID WILSON.

We all appreciated David and Kelvin’s hard work in setting up gazeboes in Rosemary & David’s beautiful garden for our AGM at 2.00 pm. How lucky we were that the sun shone brightly for us all!

Books, cards, plants and homemade jams were on sale. Rosemary organised a quiz for charity about how much time she spent swimming in her own pool. She also memorised an excellent poem about the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – well done, Rosemary! Dain kindly ordered takeaway afternoon teas for most members, while some took their own picnics. Joan Smith said Grace before the afternoon tea.

President Lynn Bowman inducted Kathy Winson, as our new President for the third time. We wish her every success in the year ahead! Our new member, Sue Stoakes, will now be a Committee member.
